The Annual Hong Kong Competition Lecture is jointly organized by The University of Hong Kong and Norton Rose Group. The inaugural speaker in 2009 was Commissioner Thomas J Rosch from the US Federal Trade Commission. The 2010 speaker was Peter Freeman, Chairman of the UK Competition Commission. The 2011 speaker was Commissioner William E. Kovacic from the US Federal Trade Commission.
